the receptionist was friendly and helpful. the room had a selection of cosmetics including bubble bath. the pub next door provides an easy way to order food and drinks to the room. the price felt reasonable for such a charming place.
there was a lot of noise from the main road. i had to close the window. then the room became too warm. i could not lower the temperature on the air conditioning or increase the fan speed.

wonderful stay at the spread eagle

the bedroom was tastefully decorated and fashionably fitted out. tea, coffee, snacks, and a mini bar were available, i found it very thoughtful. the bed had crisp, thick white linen and was huge and comfy. fancy toiletries were a treat too.
i noticed slight traffic noise from the main road late into the night, it was barely audible though.

the breakfast offered a full range of choices, including pastries and a full english breakfast with vegetarian options. i ate one night in the pub and found it thoroughly enjoyable with traditional english dishes. it was a great experience!

Breakfast offered many delicious choices. I found it very satisfying. The hotel has good access to transport. I could easily reach Clapham and central areas.
The food app did not recognize my phone number. I had to call reception for room service. This process was slightly inconvenient.

the full english breakfast at the pub next door was excellent. the pub is located very close to the hotel entrance. the personnel was also friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and stylish.
the room was very cold on arrival. i had to ask reception to adjust the temperature controls. it took until 3am for the room to warm up. i think they should pre-heat rooms before guests arrive.
